


Christopher Tetro, M.A., NSCA-CSCS

The first thing you notice when you meet Christopher Tetro, a 20+ year veteran in the health & fitness industry and Ironman triathlete, is that he is very rarely sitting down. Chris is constantly moving and thinking, searching for new and innovative ways to better himself and his business—for his own good and the good of his clients.
Under Chris’ leadership, Tetro Performance, once exclusively a personal training business, has evolved into a comprehensive wellness and fitness company, offering a full range of programs to its corporate, senior and individual clients. Chris personally handles corporate and senior wellness programs, one-on-one personal training, nutrition counseling, and online training services.
In addition to managing Tetro Performance, Chris is a professor for the human performance and sport department at Metro State College of Denver. Prior to founding Tetro Performance, Chris was assistant manager and head personal trainer at Denver’s Riverfront Athletic Club. He also served as strength and conditioning coach for Bishop Machebeuf High School in Denver.
Before relocating to the Denver area, Chris was head cross-country coach, strength and conditioning consultant, and assistant director of sports information at Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT, where he earned his master’s degree in education. In 1988, Chris graduated from Emerson College, Boston, MA, with his bachelor of science degree.
Chris is a certified member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and serves on the Colorado Governor’s Council on Exercise.
Chris, his wife Cathleen, and their children Cal and Claire, reside in Broomfield, CO.
Irene Anzman, ACE
Wellness Professional, Tetro Performance

Irene Anzman has been in the health and fitness industry for 10 years, working with clients of all ages and abilities. Irene started in the industry after joining a gym with her family. She achieved many personal physical changes, including weight loss and reduction in body composition. These personal changes inspired her to teach others how to achieve similar goals, so she began a second career in fitness and wellness.
Irene’s training approach builds client confidence and strength through functional training. She develops individual nutritional strategies and exercise programs for each of her clients. She also designs and teaches corporate exercise classes and senior living group programs. Irene keeps up-to-date with the latest nutrition and training trends through her consistent workshop and seminar participation.
Irene has a graduate degree in education and is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
