The coming year may motivate you to create a new you but shouldn’t you first consider becoming a BETTER you. If you do not pay enough attention to your overall health (a.k.a., wellness) and all of its components – physical, emotional, social, spiritual and mental health your life will be out of balance. For instance, if you devote too much attention to your exercise program it may take away from one of the other four elements. Don’t tip the scale (pun intended) to look good on the outside when you have the opportunity.
