By definition it means - a person’s ability to meet the physical needs of every day life. If you are low on energy and unable to keep up with life’s daily demands maybe you should work on improving upon these areas first before you take on a greater challenge.

Being fit is about preparedness and not low body fat. Be straight with yourself. What is it you are after? Once this is determined you can implement your plan with greater effectiveness.
