June 1 marked the halfway point of ’09. How productive have you been in the first six months in improving your overall health? Before you beat yourself up due to less than favorable results consider this - IT IS NOT TOO LATE! As suggested in Tetro Performance’s January 1 Weekly Health Tip you must first consider becoming a BETTER you. If you do not pay enough attention to your overall health (a.k.a., wellness) and all of its components – physical, emotional, social, spiritual and mental health your life will be out of balance. For instance, if you devote too much attention to your exercise program it may take away from one of the other four elements. Don’t tip the scale to look good on the outside when you have the opportunity to feel better on the inside too.

Also mentioned in the January 1 tip was the daunting statistic that only 8 percent of Americans successfully achieve their New Year's resolutions. A whopping 45 percent fail by the end of January!
If your goal is still unmet, remember this, you do not have to do it alone. Build a support network and get after it!
